It is a handmade product and in case you find any quality issue or defect, the same product will be replaced. In a rare occurrence, if the replacement piece is not available, a credit note will be issued for the full amount of the damaged product. In case of quality issue/defect:

The process can begin with you initiating such requests by calling us on +91-7424888999 or emailing us at care@ellementry.com within 7 days from the date on which you receive the delivery of the product. Please note, that return requests are not accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.

After placing the above request, please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags, authenticity cards, bags, boxes, hangers, and/or any other inclusions sold as a part of the purchase within 7 days of delivery.

We will organise a reverse pick-up from the address stated in your invoice.

Upon receipt of the product at our warehouse, it will be subject to a quality inspection. If it passes the inspection, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within the standard shipping timelines.
