Shipping

Avail free shipping on all orders above INR 1000 within India.
Most domestic orders are delivered within 4–7 business days. (Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.)
International deliveries usually take 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs procedures.
Delivery timelines may be affected during public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances. However, we always strive to ensure timely deliveries.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Payment

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) and provide UPI & Net Banking options across major banks in India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select pin codes.

Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

The wrong product was delivered.
The product has a genuine manufacturing defect or damage.

Not Eligible For Return

Minor variations in colour, shape, or size, as all products are handcrafted and unique.
Issues arising from incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, or refusal to accept the package.

Process for Return

Email us at care@ellemetry.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, delivery address, reason for return, and product images (if defective/incorrect).
Requests received after 48 hours of delivery cannot be considered.
