- Issues arising from incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, or refusal to accept the package.
Process for Return
- Email us at care@ellemetry.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, delivery address, reason for return, and product images (if defective/incorrect).
- Requests received after 48 hours of delivery cannot be considered.
