Maintenance & Care

We recommend that you wipe the wax filler with a soft, dry cloth and avoid washing it. It gets hot quickly, so keep it in a safe place. Also, don’t worry if the wax filler shows moisture; it’s not leaking. Cow dung absorbs moisture inside itself while burning; hence, there is no leakage, but it appears to be moist.

After it runs out of wax, you can clean it and use it as a container for your knick-knacks or as manure for your home plants.

Process for Return

Email us at care@ellemetry.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, delivery address, reason for return, and product images (if defective/incorrect).
Requests received after 48 hours of delivery cannot be considered.
