When it comes to cleaning, enamel and metals are two sides of the same coin. A little warm water, mild soap and soft sponge work wonders for them. Or simpler still, wipe them clean with a damp cloth.

  • Issues arising from incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, or refusal to accept the package.

Process for Return

  • Email us at care@ellemetry.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, delivery address, reason for return, and product images (if defective/incorrect).
  • Requests received after 48 hours of delivery cannot be considered.
