Eligibility
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect or damage.
Not Eligible For Return
- Minor variations in colour, shape, or size, as all products are handcrafted and unique.
- Issues arising from incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, or refusal to accept the package.
Process for Return

Email us at care@ellemetry.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, delivery address, reason for return, and product images (if defective/incorrect).
- Requests received after 48 hours of delivery cannot be considered.
