  • Peanut Paste 2 tbs

  • 1 teaspoon ginger and garlic paste 
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar and lemon juice 
  • chopped 1/2-inch piece of ginger and garlic

  • Cucumber, cut into 1-inch cubes 
  • Onion, ½ blanched baby corn 

Procedure: 

Take the baby corns and place them in a mixing bowl. After that, add soy sauce, salt, lemon juice and stir well. Next, add some ginger and garlic pastes, with honey and brown sugar and mix it thoroughly and let it sit for 15 minutes. Next, heat some oil and place the baby corns in a satay stick and pour all the extra marinade on the satay sticks. 

Once done, turn the satay sticks on the girdle and cook it thoroughly. While it cooks, next make the peanut sauce. To do this, in a pan add ginger, garlic and onion and sauté well. Next add peanut paste, soy sauce, coconut milk, salt, pepper and honey with 4 tablespoons of water. You can also add fresh chilli and stir the mixture. Once done, take the pan off and thread the cucumber and onion pieces in separate satay ticks and serve it alongside the veggies and baby corn in your wooden platter. 

Number 3: Fresh Fruit Platter with Ricotta Blend, Honey and Granola  

If you’re looking for a healthy and colourful platter then this honey, granola, fruit platter will not disappoint. Packed with tons of antioxidants and freshness, this fruit platter will impress any of your guests with ease.   • 2 cups of seedless grapes, strawberries, grapes 
  • 2 oz blue cheese 
  • 8 oz smoked gouda cheese and cheddar.
