DESIGN AND CRAFT
In the art of curd-making, the vessel holds immense significance. Imagine a container crafted from alkaline, porous terracotta – a testament to exquisite artistry. This terracotta curd setter, in its natural form, provides an optimal sanctuary for fostering the vital bacteria essential for curd fermentation. Moreover, it graciously absorbs any excess moisture, ensuring the purity of the final product. The outcome? A decadent, velvety curd, embodying the epitome of perfection. With such attention to detail, it's no wonder that each spoonful delights the senses with its unparalleled richness!
