At Ellementry, we strictly follow international standards. We check, re-check and then check again before we ship. Yet, it does so happen that you may occasionally wish to return your purchase, We will be happy to accept returns of any Damaged / Defective/Incorrect items, we request you to send us the image of the damaged/defective product along with the order number at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at +917424888999 within the first 48 hours post delivery of the product and we will reach back to you.
In case a damaged/defective or wrong product is received, we will ship you a fresh piece as a replacement within 4-6 working days. (Share the picture of the product to depict the condition as broken/damaged/defective).
At Ellementry we believe handmade pledges that no two products are ever the same, hence the slight variation in color, tone or shapes/sizes shall not be considered as a defect, it’s an outcome of all handcrafted products. We recommend our customers to go through the product details related to material, dimensions and size carefully before making the final purchase.
If you find the ordered product is not up to your satisfaction, just give us a call or write us an email within the first 48 hrs, we will arrange to pick the delivered product within 4-5 working days, once it's picked up by our logistic partner successfully, a coupon worth the returned product will be issued, which you can punch in while placing your next order at Ellementry and it will be valid till 6 months.
The replacement is subject to the availability of the product in stock at the time request is raised. If in case we are unable to provide you with a replacement against your request, the refund will be initiated from our side and amount will be credited back into the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.
After 3 unsuccessful attempts of the reverse pick up your request for the return will be cancelled.
Note: If you find that the package is tampered, please do not accept the item and hand over the package back to the delivery person before signing the POD.
Return requests for the used products shall not be accepted. The returned product shall be unused, in its original condition; and shall be received in the original product packaging along with supporting documentation such as invoice, price tags, labels and accessories obtained along with the original product.
To return your shipment please go to "My Orders "select "Return Requested" by selecting the order/product you want to return and state the reason for the return.
We will arrange for a pick up from the same address within 4-5 working days to which the product was shipped. Please put the Product in its original packaging and seal it well and send it across. Please ensure that the product is unused, not damaged and all the tags and bar codes, invoice slips are intact at the time of return.
Once the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect the product and once our inspection team confirms that the product received is in acceptable condition, as dispatched from our warehouse, we will process the return request case on case basis.
We’re arranging a reverse pickup in 4-5 working days from the date of request. In case of exchange, your new order will be sent on its way 4-5 working days after we receive your returned product.
Refund shall be made through the original payment mode. Once, we receive the refund request, we shall process the refund within 7 business days.

We give the option of Cash on Delivery for select pin codes.
