All you need to do is stock up on some quintessential herbs and spices along with some cheese.

  1. White Sauce Creamy Cheese Pasta

    Starting with our list, we present to you the creamy white sauce pasta. This one only takes approximately 20 minutes to make. It is very simple and utterly delectable too. To make the white sauce pasta, all you need to do is boil some pasta for around 6-8 minutes.

    Once done, in a pan, heat some oil and add a tablespoon of butter in it. Now, once the butter is heating, add two tablespoons of flour and gradually add a half cup of milk in it. Once done, stir it occasionally and then add 1-2 two sheets of plain cheese in it and stir.

    Once the mixture looks creamy, add the boiled pasta, with some stir-fried veggies like bell peppers and corn. Now, stir the mixture once more and add some herbs like basil, thyme, oregano and chilli flakes. After this, serve this white sauce warm and enjoy it!

  2. Four Cheese Pasta

    There is no such thing as too much cheese, and this four-cheese pasta is enough proof. This one is a crossover between white sauce pasta and the American Mac and Cheese. To make this one, boil some macaroni in saltwater with a dollop of olive oil.

    Once done, strain the macaroni and set it aside. Next, melt flour and butter in the saucepan and keep adding milk gradually. Once done, add some thyme, oregano, rosemary, bay leaves and spring onions to the mixture.

    Keep stirring and add the right amount of salt and pepper to taste. Next, once the sauce is almost done, grate some parmesan, brie, cheddar and Emmental and whisk the sauce one more. Now, place the pasta in the sauce and mix well.

    Once done, you have yourself creamy, cheesy, gooey four-cheese pasta ready to serve.

  3. Gnocchi with Tomato Puree/Sauce

    For all the lovers of tomato and cheese, you have to try the gnocchi with a tomato sauce when it comes to making pasta. To make this utterly yummy recipe, you need to boil and mash some potatoes.

    Once done, beat some eggs in the potatoes with parmesan and make the dough. Knead this dough, and cut it into small pieces to make the gnocchi. Repeat this process as many times as you want. Once you have a sufficient amount of gnocchi, boil these in salted water, until they become fluffy. Now, set it aside.

    For the tomato sauce, remove tomato skin and dice it. Heat some oil in a pan and sauté garlic and onion for some time. Then add tomatoes, and cook for some time. Once it starts to show consistency, add basil, pepper and chilli flakes. Stir well and once it shows a creamy texture add the gnocchi and mix it well.

    Now, serve this with some grated parmesan and basil and you have a delectable meal ready!

  4. Pasta Carbonara

    The simple pasta carbonara means coal pasta in Roman. This was a dish very popular with the roman coal miners but eventually, this became popular with chefs of today. To make the pasta carbonara, you need to fry some bacon in olive oil till it becomes nice and crisp.

    Then in a bowl, whisk some whole eggs and add grated cheese. Set it aside. Next, boil spaghetti in some salted water and let it strain once done.

    After this, in a pan toss the egg mixture with the pasta and let it cook on slow flame. Once, the pasta is well coated, add water and salt. You can also add some cheese for extra creaminess and consistency.

    The theme here is to cook the egg with the heat of the pasta. Once done, you have a creamy eggy pasta mix. Now, serve this with some parmesan, crushed pepper, and basil.

  5. Baked Pasta Home-Styled

    One simply cannot go wrong with baked home-styled pasta. It uses cheese, tangy tomato mix, veggies and loads of delectable herbs. To make this recipe, you need to boil some pasta and set it aside. Once done, fry some garlic, onion and chillies in olive oil. Once done, add some mushroom, spinach, eggplant and bell pepper and sauté for some time.

    Once done, pour some tomato puree and cream and set it aside for baking. Now, all you need to do is grease the pan with some butter and place this mixture in the pan and bake it.

    After it’s done, sprinkle some herbs over it and serve.

  6. Penne Chicken Pasta

    The classic penne chicken pasta is an all-time winner when it comes to homemade quarantine food. To make this one, you need to boil some pasta in olive oil and set it aside. Now, take some shredded pieces of chicken and boil or stir fry them with salt and pepper. Once done, follow recipe number one to make the white sauce.

    You can add corn, cheese, mushroom, bell peppers and other toppings to your pasta too. Once done, mix the chicken in the white sauce and cook for some time. Now, serve it warm with some parsley and oregano.
